Rice flour is a form of flour made from finely milled rice. It is distinct from rice starch, which is usually produced by steeping rice in lye. Rice flour is a common substitute for wheat flour.

It is ground to a finer grade than brown rice flour, and mixes well with other gluten-free flours such as millet flour and tapioca starch for use in a wide range of gluten-free baking recipes.

When it comes to health benefits, White Rice Flour enhances liver health as it contains choline, which transports cholesterol and triglycerides from the liver. Also, one of the major benefits of using rice flour is that it's completely gluten-free and is safe for people with celiac diseases
