Salsicciamo Traditional style Sausages with Sea Salt & Black Pepper.

This sausage is about simplicity and true quality, from the meat to the unique texture and the delicate salt and pepper flavour.

Succulent and full flavoured, Made with 97% British extra lean prime cuts of pork filled into natural casings. FreeFrom Gluten, allergens, sulphites and nitrites.

Pack Size: 10 x 100g Sausages. 1kg Total.

The product will arrive with approximately 7 days shelf life.

Ingredients: Pork meat (97%), sea salt, natural flavours, dextrose, sucrose, black pepper (0.15%), acidity regulator: E262, antioxidant: E300.

 

Cooking Instructions.

1. Pre-heat pan with a drizzle of oil on medium heat  2. Brown sausages on both sides  3. Place the sausages on a baking tray and cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 190°C for a further 16-18 mins  4. Ensure piping hot throughout before serving.

Cooking instructions provided as a guide. This product contains raw meat and must be cooked thoroughly before consuming. Remove all packaging.


Storage.

Always keep refrigerated below 4°C. Use within 2 days of opening or before use by date shown. Suitable to freeze before use by date indicated on pack and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before use and consume within 24 hours.
